Debut in Feature Film, Frederika Cull Shows How Strong a Woman Is in the Horror 'MALAM KERAMAT'

Kapanlagi.com - Frederika Cull makes her acting debut in the feature film titled MALAM KERAMAT. She plays a character named Dini, a property saleswoman who continues to market luxury homes even while pregnant.

Frederika revealed that her involvement in this film directed by Helfi Kardit was not easy. Because she plays a role she has never experienced in real life, that is as a pregnant woman.

"Delving into the character of Dini is very difficult because I have to understand what it is like to be a pregnant mother. Besides how she walks, there are also emotional challenges that go up and down," said Frederika when met in the Rasuna Said area, South Jakarta, Thursday (5/9/2024).

1. Proving to the Audience

MALAM KERAMAT is a horror film that has many tense scenes. As an actress, Frederika Cull is certainly required to perform convincingly when she has to express fear or pain.

"I have a scene where I have to be tortured. And the scene is difficult because I have to feel that it is a real event so that it comes out in my expressions. That is the challenge of how I can prove to the audience that everything experienced is real," said the 2019 Putri Indonesia.

2. Showcasing the Strength of Women

Frederika Cull wants to convey a message through her role in the film MALAM KERAMAT. That women can be very strong when facing trials in life.

"I think Dini's character is a strong woman. Because she is pregnant, but still fights for her life. The life challenges she faces are really tough, but her perseverance shows how strong women can be," emphasized the actress born on October 5, 1995.
