THE DEVIL'S AGREEMENT presents the story of Kartini who moves to Jakarta to study despite not having her parents' approval. Kartini goes to Jakarta with the help of Ivan, the man who is currently her boyfriend. The two met through social media and have been communicating for several months.

Due to her limited funds, Kartini is forced to stay in a very cheap boarding house. While living there, Kartini often experiences ghostly terror. She is unaware that her life is in danger as she is to be used as a sacrifice.

"The Devil's Agreement is a very chilling horror film because it explores psychological horrors from both human and ghost perspectives. As a mystery drama, The Devil's Agreement successfully provides a deep and puzzling experience. The story feels plausible, especially with the shocking twist at the end," explained Farid Dermawan, the director.

2. Testimonials from the Cast

Callista Arum expressed her interest in being involved in this film because the story is very relatable to society.

"All this time, we have always heard horror stories that happen in boarding houses. And those stories are always very scary. So when I found out that Perjanjian Setan is about ghosts in boarding houses, I was immediately interested because it is indeed relatable," said Callista.

A similar sentiment was expressed by Gemi Nastiti. She admitted to being very excited because this is her first experience being involved in a horror film.

"Because I am interested in the character Diyanti, for the first time I also got a very challenging role in my first horror film," said Gemi.

Meanwhile, Kenny Austin stated that the film PERJANJIAN SETAN is a very entertaining horror film.

"Because the story is light and involves young people, it is easy to enjoy, especially with the situation being relatable to many people, especially those who are currently living in boarding houses or have lived in them," said Kenny.
