Film Producers Allow Free Choice of Characters, Prilly Latuconsina Consults a Doctor to Wear Braces

Kapanlagi.com - Prilly Latuconsina will star in and produce a film titled CAN I CRY JUST ONCE. In Reka Wijaya's drama, she plays a character that she has never played before.

To bring her character to life, Prilly consulted with a dentist. She wanted to wear braces without damaging her already straight teeth.

"Trying something new is always exciting for me. Like in this film, I had to meet a doctor to change my appearance. There are new emotions that I have never felt in the real world," said Prilly when met at Gandaria City, South Jakarta, Wednesday (10/1/2023).

Prilly Latuconsina admits to being happy to be a producer in a film she starred in. Because with that, she can explore roles that have never been played before.

"So as a producer, I have the freedom to explore even more. I am someone who likes challenges, so I look at the characters that have been played before: What haven't been done yet? What emotions haven't been felt? Maybe you would think 'Ah, Prilly will cry again'. But in this character, I made it very different," Prilly leaked.

2. Know the Characters Desired by the Director

In addition to being able to choose the desired role, serving as a producer makes Prilly Latuconsina feel that she can do better in delivering the role. Because she already knows what the director wants.

"I am an executive producer, yes, a creative producer, yes. Because I am involved in all the processes, it is always enjoyable to start from scratch. Because creating it myself from the beginning actually makes it easier for me on set as an actor because I know the character desired by the director," said Prilly.
