Three years after the events at Gunung Madyopuro, the friendship of the five friends has grown even closer. They then gather again for Angel's birthday, Andrew's daughter played by Ellea Candice.
In the midst of this reunion, Andrew's family is threatened by a sacrificial ritual. This situation prompts Bagas, Lenni, Juna, Andrew, and Dicky to decide to go to Gunung Klawih to find a way out.
Their journey to the mountain is not easy as terror begins to emerge during the climb. The situation becomes more chilling when Juna suddenly disappears into the spirit world.
Juna's disappearance forces the group of friends to face a greater threat than before. They also have to try to save Andrew's family from the danger that is getting closer.
