The first film is JENDERAL SOEDIRMAN. The main actor in this film is Adipati Dolken as General Soedirman. Released in 2015, this film tells the story of the life of a fighter named Raden Soedirman and his actions during the post-independence era as the commander-in-chief until becoming a National Hero of Indonesia. Directed by Viva Westi, this film received a nomination for Outstanding Male Lead in a Film at the Maya Awards.

The film SOEKARNO is a film about the figure of Soekarno himself, played by Ario Bayu. This film, directed by Hanung Bramantyo, tells the story of the life journey of the proclaimer hero, the founding father of the nation, and the first president of Indonesia. Proudly, this film won an award at the ASEAN event, the AIFFA Award, in the category of best screenplay. 

The film KARTINI is a film about the national female hero released in 2017. The young Kartini is played by Neysa Chan, teenage Kartini by Adelheid Bunga, and adult Kartini by Dian Sastrowardoyo. This film portrays the figure of Kartini, a women's emancipation fighter, with brave, strong, and intelligent characteristics.

The film TJOET NJA' DHIEN, released in 1988, is a biographical film about the struggle of a woman named Tjoet Nja Dhien, also known as Cut Nyak Dhien. This film tells the story of Cut Nyak Dhien's struggle against Dutch colonization during the Aceh War. Cut Nyak Dhien is played by Christine Hakim, a legendary actress of Acehnese and Minangkabau descent. 

The film TJOKROAMINOTO was released in 2015, which tells the story of Tjokroaminoto as a national teacher who successfully became an educator for Indonesian leaders. The character of Tjokroaminoto himself is played by renowned actor Reza Rahadian. In the Indonesian Film Festival, this film won 3 awards for Best Cinematography, Best Artistic Direction, and Best Costume Design.

Last but not least, there is the film SOEGIJA released in 2012. This film tells the story of the life of the first native bishop in the Dutch East Indies named Albertus Soegijapranata. Soegija's bravery is worth emulating, as he revitalized the spirit of the natives with his diplomatic skills. He wrote in various Dutch and European media, allowing the European community to know about the Dutch cruelties in Indonesia. The character of Soegija is played by Nirwan Dewanto.
