Responding to this, Country Manager of WeTV and iflix Indonesia, Lesley Simpson, said that through the well-known IP Yowis Ben, WeTV and iflix can start bringing local works to the international realm. 

"WeTV Original - Yowis Ben the Series is a series with a variety of characters played extraordinarily. Another uniqueness is that even though this series is presented in the local Javanese language, it can still be enjoyed widely," said Lesley Simpson.

Meanwhile, the CEO of Starvision, Chand Parwez Servia, said that the collaboration with WeTV and iflix is extraordinary. 

"For Starvision, when we produce a series, we have very careful considerations, namely we have to be very confident that this material has a universal story and can be accepted globally because, in my opinion, our collaboration with WeTV is the initial collaboration," said Chand Parwez. 

According to him, WeTV is an OTT that is welcomed in Indonesia. Therefore, the airing of WeTV Original - Yowis Ben the Series on WeTV and iflix is an opportunity for this series to be enjoyed by a wider audience.
