This film tells the story of the spiritual journey of Alina (Steffi Zamora), a girl whose life is shaken after her indecent photo goes viral due to the actions of her boyfriend, Zoe (Daffa Wardhana).
In the midst of despair, he meets Omar (Endy Arfian) who takes him on a journey to find the true meaning of hijrah all the way to Uzbekistan.
The shooting process took place in three locations with extreme weather, from the snow on Mount Chimgan, Uzbekistan, to the heat of the Belitung coast, posing a unique challenge for the entire crew and cast. Endy Arfian even had to learn the Uzbek language for his role.
Not only the visuals, but the musical aspect was also crafted with totality. The OST song titled Arah Bersamamu performed by Nadzira Syafa was rearranged with orchestration, and its music video was also shot in Uzbekistan.
This film's story is inspired by a hadith narrated by Imam Bukhari about the intention in migration. The city of Samarkand, which is the location of Imam Bukhari's tomb, is mentioned as the most special production location.
