Yasmin Napper is Required to Cry Often, This is the Struggle of the Cast of 'LOVE IN MY PROSTRATION' Behind the Scenes

Behind the scenes of the Vidio Original Series LOVE IN MY PROSTRATION, the main actors undergo deep emotional and spiritual struggles to bring their characters to life. This series, set to air on July 17, 2025, demands Yasmin Napper and Rangga Azof to step out of their comfort zones.

Yasmin Napper, who plays Zahra, is required to cry often. For her, the biggest challenge is to present genuine tears that are not excessive, stemming from a deep understanding of her character.

"The way I make myself cry without being over the top is by trying to understand my character. So I always delve into the character, I read the script to see what it's like," said Yasmin.

She also added that support from the filming environment, from the crew to her co-stars, greatly helps her in building the emotions needed for each scene.

"From the support of my co-stars, because the energy while shooting is really important. Secondly, with the support of the crew around us who are quiet, and they build energy with us, that will be very helpful," she explained.

On the other hand, Rangga Azof, who plays Zaki, finds a new spiritual side within himself. The shooting process that took place during the month of Ramadan required him to learn more deeply about religion.

"I have to learn to call the adhan, memorize certain verses, and deliver them correctly and emotionally. This is not just acting, but a reflection," said Rangga.

Meanwhile, Asha Assuncao, who plays Risa, faces the opposite challenge. Known for her energy, she has to hold back to portray a more calm and mature character.

"So being Risa is actually quite heavy for Asha, because I'm not really a chatterbox, just a bit lively. It's a bit hard to hold back," Asha said.
