The first film tells the romantic story between a marine and a musician. The initial meeting between them is not very good, Cassie (Sofia Carson) who is working at a bar meets a group of marines, one of whom is Luke (Nicholas Galitzine). She doesn't really like Luke because she thinks he is a know-it-all.
One day, Cassie is in desperate need of money to buy her insulin supplies and pay her house bills. She thinks of becoming a marine's wife because the government will cover the health insurance costs. She asks her friend, who is a marine, to marry her but Cassie is rejected. Luke, who overhears the conversation, offers Cassie to marry him because he also needs the allowance money to pay off his debts. They agree to a contract marriage and from there their love slowly grows.

LOVE HARD is a romantic comedy film with an interesting and funny love story. It starts with a dating app, where Natalie (Nina Dobrev) always fails to find the right man for her. Until one day, while using the dating app again, she meets Josh (Jimmy O. Yang) and they become closer. Natalie plans to surprise Josh and celebrate Christmas with him.
Unexpectedly, Natalie is deceived because the real Josh in the app is not the same person. It turns out, Josh is using the photos of his childhood friend, Tag (Darren Barret). One day, when Ethan and Gary simultaneously buy Christmas gifts for their partners at the Tiffany & Co jewelry store, Gary gets hit by a car and Ethan, who witnesses the incident, helps him. Unbeknownst to them, their gifts get mixed up because they have the same packaging. When Rachel and Vanessa open the Christmas gifts, a surprising thing happens because the contents are different. Rachel receives the gift that should belong to Vanessa and vice versa. From there, these two couples are connected, and Rachel and Ethan start talking because she knows Ethan is Gary's helper. The seed of love starts to grow between Rachel and Ethan.

She approaches Nyles to explain her current situation, and it turns out that Nyles has been trapped in the time loop for a while. From there, Sarah and Nyles do many things together as they please. Nyles starts developing feelings for Sarah due to spending a lot of time with her.
