Milla Jovovich Ready to Hunt Monsters in Latest Film

However, through a newly uploaded 13-second trailer by Sony Ent., it shows that Monster Hunter will be screened at the end of 2020 in local cinemas. Not only that, but the short trailer also shows glimpses of scenes from the film that make the audience even more curious.

In the trailer, Natalie Artemis, played by Milla Jovovich, and her team are seen using firearms to fight against monsters. However, in the Monster Hunter game, there are no weapons like that. But the film's synopsis explains that Natalie Artemis and her team realize that the monsters they are facing are immune to firearms. And one day they meet a monster hunter and work together to save the world.

Paul Anderson, the director, said that he would introduce new elements but not change the identity of the Monster Hunter game itself.He ensures that the weapons, armor, and monster characters in the film will be the same as those in the original game.
