Schedule of 12 Marvel Films and Series Released in 2021

Kevin Feige, the president of Marvel Studios and Chief Creative Officer, said that there will be many Marvel films and series airing. Marvel's success in adapting comics is unquestionable. Many people have been mesmerized by the stories presented. Not only interesting stories, but also top-notch actors and amazing CGI effects are factors that greatly influence the success of their films.

Building on the success of these films, of course, MCU is not satisfied with the results obtained. Here is a list of films and series that Marvel will release this year.

1. WANDAVISION

Finally, MCU has released a series that will be aired on Disney+. This series, directed by Matt Shakman, tells the story of Vision, who comes back to life. With his new life, he chooses to live on the outskirts of town with his wife, Wanda. This film takes place after the events of THE AVENGER: ENDGAME. With their new lives, problems begin to arise. Many things have to be faced, so can they live their lives happily ever after? This TV series will premiere on January 15, 2021.

2. FALCON AND THE WINTER SOLDIER

This series will focus on Sam Wilson or Falcon's journey in carrying out the tasks inherited from Captain America. Falcon himself already has Captain America's vibranium shield to fight crime in the world. He will also team up with Bucky Barnes alias Winter Soldier. This film, directed by Kari Skogland, stars Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Daniel Bruh, and other artists in this film. Scheduled FALCON AND THE WINTER SOLDIER will air on March 19, 2021.

3. LOKI

In an official statement, Disney revealed that in the series LOKI by Marvel Studios, Tom Hiddleston will continue his role as the God of Mischief after the events of AVENGERS: ENDGAME. LOKI will debut on Disney+ in May 2021. Although the synopsis reveals that the LOKI series will take place after AVENGERS: ENDGAME, time travel will be involved in this series. In this sequel, it will feature Loki's adventures on various planets, involvement in wars, and eventually returning to Asgard.

4. WHAT IF

The film directed by Bryan Andrews is planned to be released this summer on Disney+. This animated series will depict alternate realities of the MCU and feature Jeffery Wright as The Watcher. Additionally, you can find many Marvel characters from various universes in this film.

5. HAWKEYE

HAWKEYE is a replacement series for DAREDEVIL and will have its own airing time. This film will be starring Jeremy Renner, Vera Farmiga, and the famous singer Hailee Steinfeld will also join the series. The series HAWKEYE will be released on Disney+ and is scheduled to air at the end of the year. This series has brought together three directors in its production, namely Amber Finlayson, Katie Ellwood, and Thys Thomas.

6. MS MARVEL

The success of the film Captain Marvel has made Disney more confident in creating stories about female heroes. This year is the right year for Marvel to release a film titled MS MARVEL. In this series, Iman Vellani will play the role of Kamala Khan or MS Marvel. The film will be directed by Adil EL Arbi and Bilall Fallah and is scheduled to air at the end of 2021.

9. VENOM 2

Directed by Andy Serkis, this film once again features Tom Hardy as the classic Spider-Man villain. This time, he will face the powerful serial killer, Carnage, played by Woody Harrelson. Carnage is known as a red-colored parasite and is more terrifying than Venom. The parasite will merge with the body of a killer named Cleutus Kasady. According to the plan, this film will be released on June 25, 2021.

10. SHANGCI AND THE LEGEND OF THE TEN RINGS

A film by Destin Daniel Cretton will feature a film introducing Shang-Chi, a martial arts expert. Where later Chang-Chi will face his past, when he enters the mysterious Ten Rings organization network. 11. ETERNALS

12. SPIDER-MAN 3

The film, which has already made fans excited with the number of actors joining, will be released at the end of the year, on December 17, 2021. It will still be starring Tom Holland, although there are still no clear details about the storyline of this film. This does not diminish the enthusiasm of Spider-Man's loyal fans, because the director Sam Raimi will include many supporting actors in this film.
