During a promotional event for the film A HAUNTING IN A VENICE, the composer of JOKER 2: FOLIE A DEUX stated to ComicBook.com and in a variety interview that JOKER 2: FOLIE A DEUX will be filled with music.

"All I can say is that there will be a lot of music in this film, which is an interesting choice. I can't wait to see the result," said Guonadottir.
