The latest film starring Leonardo DiCaprio, KILLERS OF THE FLOWER MOON is set to be released in October 2023. This film is directed by THE IRISHMAN director, Martin Scorsese.
Based on reports from Variety on Monday (27/03/2023), the film KILLERS OF THE FLOWER MOON will have its premiere on October 6 and will be released to the public on October 20.
The Apple Original production film is adapted from a non-fiction novel with the same title by David Grann. The story revolves around the true story of the brutal murders of the Osage people in Oklahoma.
In addition to Leonardo DiCaprio, the film is also starred by a series of famous Hollywood actors such as Brendan Fraser, Robert De Niro, Jesse Plemmons, and Lily Gladstone.

KILLERS OF THE FLOWER MOON tells the story of a series of murders against the Osage people, an Indian tribe residing in Oklahoma in the 1920s. The events even sparked a large-scale investigation by the FBI. This brutal event is known as the Reign of Terror.
The film is about the Osage people, an Indian tribe living in a remote and terrifying area due to being displaced by white people on their own land. Until they discover an area in Oklahoma that turns out to be rich in oil and settle there.
DiCaprio plays the character of Ernest Burkhart and De Niro as William Hale, who wants to obtain the wealth of the Osage people. They are even willing to do anything to get that oil wealth, to the point where Ernest seduces the oil heiress played by Lily Gladstone. And eventually, they get married.
