THE PERFECT COUPLE is the latest original Netflix series directed by Susanne Bier, an Oscar and Emmy Award winner. Consisting of six episodes, this series is an adaptation of the New York Times bestselling novel by Elin Hilderbrand of the same title.

This mystery drama features a number of renowned actors, including Nicole Kidman, Liev Schreiber, Eve Hewson, Dakota Fanning, and Jack Reynor, known for their roles in popular films such as MIDSOMMAR and SING STREET. The series premiered on September 5, 2024, and quickly captured attention.

Since its launch, THE PERFECT COUPLE has managed to rank fourth in the list of the 10 most popular TV programs on Netflix Indonesia and has achieved the number one position in the United States. With high enthusiasm, viewers are certainly curious about the storyline offered by this mystery drama series.

The serial THE PERFECT COUPLE written by Jenna Lamia tells the story of Amelia Sacks who throws a lavish wedding party with Tag Winbury, a member of the wealthiest family in Nantucket.

Tag's mother, Greer Garrison Winbury, invests heavily to ensure the success of the event. However, the joyful atmosphere by Madekat Beach quickly turns into chaos after a body is found near the party location.

The local police quickly launch an investigation. Investigators begin to interrogate all the guests present at the party, and over time, secrets and the dark sides of each individual start to unravel.

The autopsy results indicate that the death was a murder, not an accident. In the search for the truth, the relationships between family, friends, and the bride and groom begin to crumble.

Suspicion is rising after the police discover irregularities related to the guests. The initially lavish party had to be stopped, and the evidence suggests that everyone at the party may be involved in the murder.
