10 Actors Donating More than 1 Billion to Prevent the Corona Virus, Kim Woo Bin - Lee Min Ho

The Community Chest of Korea in Seoul announced that actor Kim Woo Bin donated 100 million won (about 1 billion Rupiah) for the prevention of the corona virus and for less fortunate families. Kim Woo Bin said, "Recently, I saw in the news that less fortunate people are infected with COVID-19 because they use social welfare facilities. Please use this donation to reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19 for those who are less fortunate."

Kim Soo Hyun donated 100 million won (about Rp. 1 billion) to the Community Chest of Korea branch in Daegu after hearing news of a shortage of pressure machines. Kim Soo Hyun's donation will be used to purchase these machines and send them to hospitals in need.

According to news from OSEN, Gong Yoo donated 100 million won (about Rp. 1 billion) to the Community Chest of Korea using his real name, Gong Ji Chul. The actor requested that his donation be used to support quarantine authorities and medical staff, as well as to prevent the spread of COVID-19 among low-income and vulnerable individuals.

Kwon Sang Woo and his wife, Son Tae Young, also made a contribution to fight against the coronavirus. This celebrity couple donated 100 million won (about Rp. 1 billion) to the South Korean Red Cross.

Jung Hae In donated 100 million won (approximately Rp. 1 billion) to the Community Chest of Korea branch in Daegu. The contribution will be sent to Daegu residents suffering from the coronavirus, including quarantine supplies and medical assistance needed to prevent COVID-19 for low-income individuals in Daegu.

Ji Chang Wook donated 100 million won (approximately Rp. 1 billion) to the South Korean Red Cross branch in Daegu. A representative from the Red Cross stated that the actor wanted to help Daegu residents facing difficulties due to the spread of the coronavirus.

Despite filming a movie in Colombia, Song Joong Ki still showed his support in fighting the coronavirus in Korea. The actor donated 100 million won (approximately Rp. 1 billion) through the Korea Disaster Relief Association Hope Bridge.

Lee Jong Suk donated anti-contamination medical grade clothing worth 100 million won (about Rp. 1 billion) to the South Korean Medical Association to show his gratitude and respect to the medical staff working to treat COVID-19 patients.

Lee Seung Gi donated 100 million won (about Rp. 1 billion) to the Good Neighbors NGO. The actor's donation is used to support the protection against COVID-19 for children from low-income families.

Lee Minho donated a total of 300 million won (about Rp. 3 billion) to 8 different organizations, including the Hope Bridge Disaster Relief Association, Community Chest of Korea, Good Neighbors, Save the Children, and ChildFund Korea.
