10 Members of Girlbands who Re-Debut, Including Solji from EXID to Somin from KARD

The story of Solji is quite interesting. She started her music career as a member of the duo ballad group 2NB for four years since 2006. Then, Solji worked as a vocal coach for EXID before finally joining the debut lineup in 2012.

2. Chaekyung - APRIL

Chaekyung is a former member of Puretty who became part of the project girl group CIVA and IBI. She eventually debuted as a permanent member of the girl band APRIL. Interestingly, Chaekyung joined all three groups in the same year, which is 2016.

3. Somin - KARD

Not only Chaekyung, Somin is also a member of Puretty who became a member of APRIL. Unfortunately, she left the group after 3 months of her career. Now, Somin has chosen to be a member of a co-ed group called KARD since 2016.

4. Jeon Minju and Kim Euna - Khan

The Ark is one of the girl groups that made a good impression in the Korean music industry. However, they disbanded in 2016, after only being active for one year. Still optimistic, two of its members, Minju and Euna, reappeared as a duo under the name Khan. Although quite successful, they chose to separate in 2020.

5. Jiyoo, Sua, Siyeon, Yoohyeon, and Dami - DreamCatcher

Initially, these 5 beautiful girls were part of the girl group MINX. Three years later, they changed their name, concept, and added two new members, Handong and Gahyeon. Despite the complexity, this step led them to success as DreamCatcher has become one of the leading K-Pop groups today.
