It is the comeback project of Park Hyung Sik and Han Hyo Joo. HAPPINESS is a thriller apocalypse drama that tells the story of a mysterious outbreak after the Covid-19 era.

Despite the tension, the friendzone relationship between the two main characters is enough to make the audience feel emotional. It is told that Jung Yi Hyun (Park Hyung Sik) and Yeon Sae Bom (Han Hyo Joo) have been close friends since high school. Sae Bom had previously rejected Yi Hyun. As they grow up, it is Sae Bom who proposes to Yi Hyun to get married in order to have a house in a newly built apartment.

Unfortunately, the apartment they live in becomes the location of a mysterious virus outbreak that requires the residents to be isolated. As the episodes progress, Sae Bom and Yi Hyun start to worry about each other and rely on each other. Can their romance end in a happy ending as the title suggests?
