Famous girl group from South Korea, Twice, debuted a sub unit named MISAMO in their 8th year. MISAMO is a sub unit consisting of Japanese members of Twice, namely Mina, Sana, and Momo. They debuted on July 26, 2023, with a Japanese album titled MASTERPIECE.

After the release of this song, the album quickly climbed the charts in Japan and further strengthened Twice's position in the Japanese music market. Their debut was highly anticipated by fans because there are 3 Japanese members of Twice, and interestingly, they released songs in the full Japanese language in the album.

2. NCT DOJAEJUNG

Who doesn't know NCT? A boy group with the most members, reaching 26. This group has a sub unit system, including NCT U, NCT Dream, NCT 127, Way V, and the newly debuted NCT DOJAEJUNG. Consisting of 3 NCT members, namely Doyoung, Jaehyun, and Jungwoo.

They debuted on April 17, 2023, with the debut album PERFUME. Surprisingly, their debut was very successful and attracted a lot of public attention. Not only because of their famous cool and handsome appearances, but also because the songs in their album are full of beautiful and melodious vocals.

3. Shownu x Hyungwon (Monsta X)

There are several members who are serving in the military, Monsta X boy group finally debuted the sub unit Shownu x Hyungwon. After 8 years of debut, this sub unit presents a new face and concept from Monsta X, which is usually known for being fierce and bad boy.

Debuting with their mini album titled THE UNSEEN on July 25, 2023. It seems to show a side that has never been shown to fans, the skills and charisma of Shownu x Hyungwon successfully captivate many people. However, after their debut, Hyungwon has to serve in the military on November 14, 2023.

4. T5 (Treasure)

Treasure is a boy group under the management of BLACKPINK's agency, YG Entertainment. Just entering their 3rd year, this group has successfully debuted a sub unit called T5. Consisting of 5 Treasure members: Junghwan, Junkyu, Jihoon, Jaehyuk, and Doyoung.

This sub unit debuted on June 28, 2023, with a digital album titled MOVE. Known for their swag concept, through the T5 photo concept, they appear neat and dignified in tuxedo suits. T5 combines a dynamic blend of vocals, dance, and visuals.
