1. Sasaeng with Hidden Camera during Fansign

A former K-POP manager revealed his experience dealing with sasaengs. In the YouTube account: hyokkeumTV, he encountered a fan who attended a fansign event.

The fan was wearing unusual glasses. Apparently, the glasses had a hidden camera feature, allowing them to record all the activities during the usually private fansign event.

Fortunately, he quickly realized the situation, as otherwise the sasaeng's actions could disrupt the artist's personal life and even threaten the idol's safety.

2. Lee Bon's Kidnapping

In one episode of Kim Soo Mi's Did You Eat, veteran idol Lee Bon shared a story of being kidnapped by a sasaeng. The tragedy began when Lee Bon was about to enter his manager's car after filming a movie.

However, he suddenly fainted before reaching the car. When he regained consciousness, Lee Bon found himself in a stranger's house. It turned out that the kidnapper had no malicious intent, they just wanted to take him home because their sibling was a huge fan of Lee Bon.
