
The increasing global popularity of K-Pop has had a significant impact on the tourism sector in South Korea. This is evident from the data shared by the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) based on their conducted survey. It was revealed that 86.8% of the survey respondents stated that K-Pop influenced their decision to visit the ginseng country, and 30.6% of them claimed to have known about K-Pop through YouTube. The survey, conducted from August to September 2019 with a total of 12,663 respondents, also asked about the most popular K-Pop artists according to them. Check out the results here!
