K-Pop
CL and Hanbin, or B.I from iKON, are K-Pop stars who are highly admired by their fans. Both of them are well-known in South Korea as well as globally.
As known, CL and Hanbin started their careers under the management of YG Entertainment. However, they are no longer under one of Korea's biggest agencies.
Now, besides CL and Hanbin, there are several other K-Pop stars who have also been under the management of YG Entertainment. Who could they be?
Lee Hi - First, there's Lee Hi who didn't renew her contract with YG Entertainment after it ended in late 2019. This talented singer joined the agency after becoming the runner-up on K-Pop Star in 2012.
Park Bom - Next, there's Park Bom who is known for her unique and enchanting voice. While under YG Entertainment, she was the main vocalist of the legendary group 2NE1. Park Bom herself left YG in 2016.
Minzy - This time, there's Minzy who is also a former member of 2NE1. This beautiful star is well-known as a K-Pop star with amazing dancing talent. No longer an artist under YG Entertainment, she is now under the management of Music Works.
CL - Yup, the iconic idol CL has not been an artist under YG Entertainment since November 2019. And recently, CL made a comeback with her latest work in the solo project In The Name of Love.
Hanbin - Next is Hanbin or B.I, who is a former member of the group iKON. Due to a controversy involving drugs, Idol iuni decided to leave the group and YG Entertainment in June 2019.
Taehyun - Previously, Taehyun was a member of WINNER under YG Entertainment. However, he left the agency in 2016 and shortly became one of the members of the band South Club in 2017.
PSY - The iconic singer of Gangnam Style, PSY, was once an artist under YG Entertainment for approximately 8 years. After leaving YG in 2018, he established his own agency called P-Nation, which oversees artists such as Hyuna, Jessi, and Crush.
Seungri - Various controversies that dragged Seungri's name in 2019 were indeed widely discussed. This man then decided to leave Big Bang and YG Entertainment.
ONE - Not many people know about ONE who used to be an artist under YG Entertainment. After his contract ended in July 2019, he decided to leave the agency that started his career.
