Through her Instagram account, Dian Sastro admitted that she has known Dita and her family for a long time. Dian revealed that she witnessed Dita's talent for dancing since elementary school.

"I know very well since she was still a little kid in elementary school, her struggle in dance lessons every day, starting from ballet, ballroom dance, and then this kid dared to try her luck in the world of musical theatre on Broadway, and with years of experience, she went in and out of auditions, being rejected and not getting roles, it has become her daily life," wrote Dian on her Instagram.

1. Once Stayed at Dita's House

In 2008, Dian Sastro was in the pre-production process of the movie Drupadi. The 39-year-old actress stayed at the house of the Yogyakarta idol for about three weeks.

"So, I was like a boarding house student at Dita's house," said Dian.

Not only did she stay there, but Dian also learned to dance there. It turns out that Dian was not confident when facing Dita because the idol had mastered various types of dance, from ballet, ballroom dance, to Balinese dance.

"I remember Dita used to be a very disciplined ballerina," said Dian.

"I felt nervous and inferior to Dita because dancing is already in her blood," she added.
