Former Korean Volleyball Athlete Go Yoo Min Found Dead at Home, Suspected Suicide

Kapanlagi.com - Sad news comes from South Korea. Former volleyball athlete, Go Yoo Min, was found dead at her home at the age of 25 around 9:40 AM local time, Saturday (1/8/2020). The news of Go Yoo Min's death was reported by the Kwangju District Police Office, Gyeonggi Province, as cited from Allkpop.

The body of Go Yoo Min was first discovered by her former teammate at her home. The teammate became worried when she called Go Yoo Min this morning, but there was no answer. She then went to the deceased's residence and immediately called the police after seeing what had happened.

1. Suspected Suicide

For now, the police have not found any evidence of someone else forcing entry or any criminal activity in the death of Go Yoo Min. For the time being, the most likely cause of Go Yoo Min's death is suspected to be suicide.

Goo Yoo Min announced her retirement from the professional volleyball world last March. Previously, she joined Hyundai Hillstate club for the 2019 - 2020 season.
