Previously, SA Itainment has released a trailer for the album through CRAXY's official Youtube channel on September 29th. In the video, CRAXY reveals their history through five gateways and highlights the attractiveness of each member, who looks luxurious and elegant.

Before releasing the album trailer for ZERO, CRAXY first aired CRAXY's THEME on September 24th. The video, accompanied by a piano instrument and directly accompanied by Ghaki, has an incredibly beautiful visual beauty from the entire CRAXY members. It can't be denied that in this comeback, CRAXY appears different with their charming visuals that can mesmerize fans.

CRAXY is also preparing to perform for the first time since their debut on the music program M COUNTDOWN, which will be broadcasted on Mnet this week. SA Itainment will start promoting the album ZERO Chapter 2 in February 2022 with the single Dance With God, then Chapter 3 - Requiem in June 20222, Chapter 4 - End of Game in October 2022, and finally Chapter 5 will be released in December 2022.

Previously, Glenn Alinskie, who is responsible for the girl group CRAXY, always ensures that everything goes well even though they only communicate online. In their comeback this time, the five members of CRAXY, consisting of Woo-Ah, Chae, Karin, Hyejin, and Swan, showcase a different look from their debut comeback last year.

Indeed, SA Itainment has leaked that the production team has inserted cinematography and storytelling into CRAXY's comeback video, which can be enjoyed at the end of the MV. SA Itainment has released teasers for the five chapters of the album ZERO on CRAXY's official SNS (Social Network Service) channel. However, unfortunately, the teaser for Chapter 2 - Dance With God, which was released on September 30th, has received criticism from some parties. They feel offended by the hairstyle worn by one of the CRAXY members, Karin. Some black people are not happy with Karin wearing dreadlocks in the teaser video because they claim that the hairstyle belongs to black culture.

Realizing that many parties are offended and questioning the hairstyle of one of the CRAXY members, Glenn Alinskie, as the co-producer of CRAXY, has spoken up. Through his personal Instagram account, Glenn apologized and clarified the concept of the Dance With God teaser, which will be released in February 2022. In his short video, Glenn stated that there was no intention at all to do such a thing intentionally. The hairstyle brought by Karin is inspired by a combination of Indonesian mythology and Chinese philosophy.
