After waiting for about a year for the remake of the popular Japanese manga, HANA YORI DANGO or BOYS OVER FLOWERS (METEOR GARDEN for its legendary Taiwanese version), the Thai version will be aired. For those who can't wait to watch, let's get to know some of the stars first!
Tu Tontawan will portray a girl from an underprivileged family who never gives up and is loved by the leader of F4, Gorya. Isn't she adorable?
Thyme, the leader of F4, comes from a wealthy family and is the ruler of the school. He is portrayed by Bright Vachirawit, who was previously famous for the series 2GETHER.
Huazhe Lei's Thai version will be played by a new actor, Dew Jirawat. Dew is trusted to portray the calm Ren who will make Gorya fall in love at the beginning.
Win Metawin, who became popular because of 2GETHER, is trusted to play Kavin, a playboy and sweet to all girls. Be careful not to fall in love with his charm.
And the last member of F4 is MJ, played by a new actor who is also handsome + cool, Nani Hirunkit.
Next is the beautiful and adorable Prim Chanikan. She plays Kaning, Gorya's part-time work friend, who will make Kavin's heart turbulent.
Next, equally beautiful is Fah Yongwaree. She plays Mira, Ren's first love who is also respected by Gorya.
Next is senior actress Cindy Bishop who plays Rosaryn, Thyme's mother who definitely wants the best for her son.
Meanwhile, Thyme's older sister, Thea, will be played by actress Maria Poonlertlarp. Thea is a tsundere type of sister who pretends to be tough on her brother but actually cares a lot.
As for Gorya's mother, Busaba, she will be played by senior actress Kik Mayurin. She also wants the best for her daughter.
Gorya's father is played by Jeab Wanchara. Just like before, Gorya's parents are not wealthy.
Similar to METEOR GARDEN and BOYS BEFORE FLOWERS, the main character in the story has a younger sibling. And Fourth Nattawan plays Glakhao, Gorya's younger sister.
Gorya's love rival is Lita, played by Milk Pansa. Lita is the woman who will become Thyme's fiancée.
Pisamai Wilaisan portrays the character Phanu, the head ART at Thyme's house. She is a very caring figure and is like a grandmother to Thyme.
June Wanwimol portrays the character Hana, Gorya's only friend at the elite school.
Another 2GETHER actor who participated is Gunsmile Chanagun. He plays Tesla, Kaning's boyfriend.
The beautiful Neen Suwanamas plays Mona, Kavin's ex-girlfriend, who left many memories in the playboy's heart.
Pompam Niti will also participate here. He plays the role of Gawao. Well, F4 THAILAND: BOYS OVER FLOWERS will start airing on December 18, 2022.
