Intense Battle Between Humans and Parasites in the Latest Korean Series Teaser PARASYTE: THE GREY

Kapanlagi.com - Netflix will present the latest Korean series titled PARASYTE: THE GREY which will start airing on April 5th. Directed by Yeon Sang Ho, this science fiction thriller series features a world based on the PARASYTE manga that has received global acclaim. The story follows Su-in (Jeon So Nee), a woman who tries to live with a parasite, and the Grey Team who tries to fight various mysterious parasites.

PARASYTE: THE GREY is adapted from the PARASYTE comic by Hitoshi Iwaaki, which has sold more than 25 million copies in over 30 regions and countries. With a deep message and presented imaginatively, this comic tells the story of parasites that live in the human brain and have control over the person's body.

The poster launched today shows Su-in, who is half human and half other creature. Behind Su-in, parasite bubbles give clues about their widespread distribution in society.

A teaser video is also presented, showing a world where people are controlled by parasites. Various parasites determined to reproduce are able to control humans and imitate all their movements, thus posing a terrifying threat. In this situation, Kang-woo (Koo Kyo Hwan) is seen searching for his missing brother while hiding from the parasites that are hunting him. Led by Jun-kyung (Lee Jung Hyun), Team Grey is involved in a fierce battle against the parasites.

The teaser video ends when Heidi, a parasite living inside Su-in's body, asks a number of questions. How did Su-in become a mutant who is not entirely human but also not a parasite? More importantly, which side is she on?
