JTBC Korean Drama 'A Person Like You' to Air in October 2021, Portrays Women's Struggles

Kapanlagi.com - JTBC is back with its latest Korean drama that will air in October. This news has been confirmed by JTBC on August 25th, "The first episode will be aired on JTBC in October." Having an unusual story, JTBC portrays the struggles of women that make the audience even more impatient.

A PERSON LIKE YOU is a drama that tells the story of the meeting of two very different women. This drama stars Go Hyun Jung, Shin Hyun Bin, Kim Jae Young, and Won Young Choi. In this drama, Go Hyun Jung plays Jung Hee Joo, a successful painter and essayist. Jung Hee Joo is a woman with two children who has overcome her dark past, but she feels empty with the time that has passed.

The main character, Jung Hee Joo, will meet another main character, Shin Hyun Bin, who plays the role of Goo Hae Won. In this drama, Hae Won is a poor woman but grows up well, so she has a shining aura from within. Their encounter gives a deep wound that is hard to heal.

Seo Woo Jae, played by Kim Jae Young, is portrayed as a sculpture artist who attends an art school. This character is portrayed as an easily anxious and lonely character. Won Young Choi who also joins in this drama plays the role of Ahn Hyeon Seong, the husband of Jung Hee Joo. Ahn Hyeon Seong is a wealthy and established man who is the president of a hospital.

This drama is directed by Im Hyun Wook and written by Yoo Bo Ra with a drama genre. The director also added, "Audiences will see a side of Go Hyun Jung that has never been shown before". The plan is for A PERSON LIKE YOU to have 16 episodes which will air every Monday and Tuesday every two weeks.
