What fans of the drama have been waiting for has finally arrived. As reported by Soompi on Monday morning (27/4/2020), Lee Jae Wook has been confirmed as the main actor in the drama Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol (translated title). He will be acting alongside the beautiful senior actress, Go Ara.
Do Do Sol Sol La Sol is a romantic comedy drama. It tells the story of a female pianist named Goo La La who hits rock bottom after her family goes bankrupt. She then discovers a piano academy in a rural area called La La Land. There, Goo La La meets and falls in love with a mysterious man who seems to have many secrets named Sun Woo Joon.
The character Goo La La will be played by Go Ara. The character is described as being full of spirit despite facing many difficulties in her life.
"I've always wanted to try acting in a romantic comedy and I'm excited to take on the challenge through this drama. I can't wait to greet the audience through this unique and charming character and drama," said Go Ara.
Meanwhile, Lee Jae Wook will portray Sun Woo Joon. The character earns a living through part-time jobs and wanders aimlessly without dreams or goals in life.
"When reading the synopsis of this drama's plot, I became curious about the character Sun Woo Joon. He appears rough but is actually gentle, he seems cold but is actually warm. He is an intriguing character with contrasting charm," said Lee Jae Wook.
