Despite being detained over an alleged embezzlement case, Fransiska Dwi Melani aka Melani assures that she is not shirking her responsibilities. Meeting at the South Jakarta District Court on Tuesday (9/12/2025), the Director of PT Mecimapro emphasized her commitment to resolving consumer rights.

Melani denied the notion that she would wash her hands of the matter once it went to court. She claimed to monitor her team's performance every day, even while she was still in detention at the Metro Jaya Police before being transferred.

"No, no. My team knows everything. Actually, even when I was at the Police, my team visited me every day and we were indeed working on it," Melani said seriously.

Melani does not deny that her position as a detainee makes her movements quite difficult. The limitations of communication and access are the main obstacles in accelerating the resolution of the company's financial issues.

"It's just that because I'm inside, it's limited," she said briefly.

She reiterated that the good intention to return the funds has always been present since the beginning of this case. Melani ensured that there was no intention whatsoever on her part to withhold money that belongs to others.
