Millen Cyrus is currently in the spotlight for participating in the Miss International Queen competition. This competition is a beauty contest for transgender people around the world that has been held regularly in Thailand since 2004.

The first winner of Miss International Queen was Treechada Petcharat or also known as Nong Poy, one of the popular transgender people who is considered the most beautiful in Thailand. Let's take a look at the moment when Nong Poy won the Miss International Queen title for the first time in the history of the competition.

When participating in the Miss International Queen competition, Nong Poy was only 18 years old. Nong Poy is said to have undergone gender reassignment surgery a year before.

If previously wearing traditional Thai clothes, this is the moment when Nong Poy wears a two-piece bikini. The bottom is covered with a scarf.

Nong Poy's beautiful smile as the Miss International Queen crown is placed on her head.

Nong Poy didn't forget the Thai tradition of placing both hands together to express gratitude to the man who placed the crown on her head.

The Miss International Queen event can only be participated by transgender individuals who were born male. They must represent the country that issued their passport.

Nong Poy has felt like a woman since she was young. But out of respect for her parents, she continued to pretend to be a man. Until eventually, she felt reborn after undergoing gender affirming surgery.

Nong Poy is now married to a man and has become one of the successful and famous transgender individuals in her country!
