Top Korean actor, Lee Jung Jae, has landed a significant role in the series STAR WARS THE ACOLYTE. He plays a Master Jedi, and even a senior Master Jedi. Not only that, he is also the first actor in the long history of the Star Wars saga to represent an Asian character.

His involvement in THE ACOLYTE was achieved through a long struggle. This is his first film project where the entire dialogue is in English. Moreover, he had to fly from Korea to London to complete the filming process.

Fans Lee Jung Jae made a commotion since the actor announced his participation in STAR WARS THE ACOLYTE. The hysteria increased because it turned out that Jung Jae got a significant role, as a Master Jedi.

"I want my Jedi to look scared, disappointed, want to be more expressive when portraying my character as Master Soul. This can be a differentiating factor from other Jedi characters," said Jung Jae about the character he played.

After marathon watching all the STAR WARS movies, Lee Jung Jae was captivated by the character of Quinn Gon Jin (played by Liam Neeson). He believes that this Master Jedi has a close relationship with his students.

For the shooting of THE ACOLYTE, Lee Jung Jae had to travel to London and shoot with an international crew there. "One of the preparations I did was learning from a dialect teacher. Before shooting, I went to London to adjust to the working rhythm during shooting abroad. The longest I went abroad was 10 months," he said.

Lee Jung Jae's appearance as a Jedi master in THE ACOLYTE. This Star Wars series is considered special by Jung Jae because it focuses on a murder story. And slowly the story will unfold from various perspectives of the characters while the mystery of the murder will be revealed.

Joining in the STAR WARS series, Jung Jae admitted to being amazed by the detailed production. "Even the smallest property is the result of serious trial and error. Skills like this are not acquired overnight," he exclaimed.
