Pledis Announces DK and Vernon Seventeen's Military Enlistment Dates, in Consecutive Months

Kapanlagi.com - PLEDIS Entertainment made an official announcement through Weverse on Monday (27/7/2026) that two members of Seventeen, DK and Vernon, will soon undergo mandatory military service.

Vernon is scheduled to depart first as a public service worker next month, while DK will follow in September as an army soldier. The agency also released the exact dates and guidelines regarding the registration ceremony and service location.

“Vernon will begin his military duties on August 20, 2026. He will also participate in official activities before his duties begin. We ask that fans do not visit the registration ceremony and also the service location (where Vernon will serve)," said a Pledis representative.

It was added, “DK is scheduled to serve in the army starting September 8, 2026. He will also participate in official activities before his duties begin. Since many other prospective registrants and their families will be attending the registration ceremony later, we urge fans not to visit the ceremony,” said the PLEDIS representative.
