Minho SHINee has just showcased his new apartment, which is worth an astounding 5 billion Won or approximately IDR 58.6 billion. This fact was revealed in the episode of I Live Alone that aired on July 11, 2025, on MBC, where viewers were invited to see Minho's daily life as well as the contents of his new home.

Minho's luxurious apartment is known to have previously belonged to Ha Jung Woo. The actor occupied the residence for a decade before selling it to Minho in May 2023.
