Portraying an Unempathetic Character in the Drama 'IT'S OKAY TO BE NOT OKAY', Seo Ye Ji Feels Very Excited

Kapanlagi.com - Actress Seo Ye Ji will be starring alongside Kim Soo Hyun in her first drama after military service, IT'S OKAY TO BE NOT OKAY. This is the first time they will be meeting and acting opposite each other.

Seo Ye Ji admits to feeling very excited to portray her character in this drama. She even felt very interested from the first time she read the script.

"When I read the script for the first time, I was so excited. This is the first time I encountered a character like this in a drama. I was surprised, but at the same time, my heart felt pain. She lacks empathy towards others, is very selfish, and always tries to avoid," said Seo Ye Ji.

Seo Ye Ji seems quite optimistic in portraying this character. Although she thinks that the character is very different from most characters in dramas, Seo Ye Ji believes that she can portray it very well.

"I feel that this character is very different from any other character, and I really want to portray it because I feel that I can express what the character feels in this story," she added.

Not only Seo Ye Ji, Kim Soo Hyun also expressed his admiration for the drama script. Kim Soo Hyun even revealed that his heart felt pain just by reading the script.

The drama IT'S OKAY TO BE NOT OKAY is scheduled to air starting from June 20th. This drama will be aired on tvN and Netflix.
