Rain admitted that his body is no longer as fit as it used to be and often feels pain during activities. This pain even occurs in the lower back, causing him to reflexively scream in pain.
In a medical examination, Rain was diagnosed with a herniated disc in the neck at the C5 and C6 vertebrae. Additionally, spinal stenosis was also found in the lower back at the L5 and L6 areas.
The rehabilitation doctor explained that the natural curvature of Rain's neck has weakened. The disc cushioning in his neck has deteriorated significantly, accompanied by signs of inflammation and degeneration in the lower back.
The medical team then formulated a special treatment plan tailored to his condition. The therapy includes shockwave, magnetic field therapy, manual therapy, stretching, injections, and oxygen therapy.
Rain was initially worried because he still had overseas schedules coming up soon. However, the doctor assured that the intensity of the therapy would be adjusted so it wouldn't exhaust his body too much.
During the shockwave therapy, Rain appeared shocked by the pain he felt. He said, "The stimulation felt really different," while enduring the pain.
After completing the entire series of treatments, Rain felt a significant change. He admitted that his body felt much lighter and thanked the medical team for emphasizing the importance of routine care and stretching.
