Our Sticky Love, a South Korean romantic comedy series, is scheduled to premiere on August 7, 2026, on Netflix. Originally titled 이런 엿 같은 사랑 (Ireon Yeot Gatteun Sarang), this project was previously known as Lovestuck or This Sucky Love.

Directed by Kim Jang-han, known for Do You Like Brahms? (2020) and My Demon (2023–2024), this series marks the second collaboration of the director with screenwriter Mo Ji-hye after You Raise Me Up (2021).

Behind the scenes, Kim Jang-han acts as the director and collaborates again with Mo Ji-hye. The two previously worked together on You Raise Me Up (2021). Kim is known through Do You Like Brahms? (2020) and My Demon (2023–2024), showcasing a trace of romantic storytelling style with an emotional touch.

2. Main Characters and Struggles at the Center of the Story

Jung Hae-in plays Jang Tae-ha, a former boxing champion who now works as a coach in a small town. Tae-ha is depicted as quiet yet warm-hearted, with a strong urge to protect his loved ones.

On the other hand, Ha Young plays Go Eun-sae, an ambitious prosecutor who experiences total amnesia after an incident while tracking a crime syndicate. This condition becomes the starting point for the conflict and dynamics of their relationship.

The story begins when Eun-sae wakes up in a rural hospital with no memory of her past. Tae-ha is by her side, claiming to be her boyfriend. To protect Eun-sae from the crime syndicate, Tae-ha chooses to lie about their relationship, while the skeptical Eun-sae begins to feel the warmth that Tae-ha shows.

As time goes on, the lies lead to new consequences. Dangerous secrets that Tae-ha has kept begin to unravel, Eun-sae's memories slowly return, and threats from old enemies loom. This couple faces the challenge of love that starts from deception and deep secrets.
