The character Lee Do Hyun, named Hwang Hee Tae, is a medical student at Seoul National University who has a cunning and mischievous side but also has a strong determination.

Hwang Tae Hee is the top-ranked student in his class who enjoys playing the guitar. It is said that he will break the stereotype that all medical students study alone.

On the other hand, the character Go Min Si, named Kim Myung Hee, is a nurse who has been building her career for three years and has faced all kinds of difficulties.
