J-Hope almost didn't become a member of the currently most famous boy group, BTS. He used to leave BigHit Entertainment, but because of his love for the BTS members who were still trainees at that time, he eventually returned and successfully debuted together.
Yoshi at that time was a trainee at YG Entertainment and joined as a participant in the survival show YG Treasure Box, actually he was eliminated in that show. But, for some reason, he managed to debut with Treasure.
Same as Yoshi, Asahi was a trainee at YG who participated in the survival show YG Treasure Box but he was also eliminated. Just like Yoshi, until now fans do not know what made him able to join Treasure.
Initially, ITZY was planned to debut with Somi as a member. However, Somi left before ITZY's debut and eventually Yuna was added to the Final Line Up of ITZY's debut.
In the survival show STRAYKIDS, Lee Know was eliminated. However, JYP gave Lee Know the opportunity to debut with Stray Kids because according to JYP, it would be incomplete if Lee Know was not in Stray Kids.
Just like Lee Know, Felix, who at that time was not fluent in Korean, was eliminated from the survival show STRAYKIDS. However, JYP decided to bring Felix back to join Stray Kids.
Tzuyu was a contestant on the survival show SIXTEEN, where she was initially eliminated. However, she eventually joined TWICE due to her popularity and the love of the Korean people towards her.
Similar to Tzuyu, Momo was a contestant on the survival show SIXTEEN who was eliminated. But, because of her above-average dancing skills, Momo eventually debuted with Twice.
Premiering on Korean TV screens after the scandal, Seo Yea Ji is believed to be the lead actress in the series EVE'S SCANDAL alongside Lee Sang Yeob.
