On August 29, 2025, Mijoo uploaded a video titled "Do I Look Like I Have ADHD?" on her personal YouTube channel, Just Mijoo. In the video, she visits an ADHD specialist clinic for a professional examination. During the consultation, Mijoo admitted that her memory is not as good as it used to be.

At the beginning of the video, he explains that he cannot remember well even the things he did yesterday. “Right now, when I think, ‘I have to do this,’ in the end, I forget. I can't even remember well what I did yesterday."

His honest confession shocked the fans, as they had always thought his forgetfulness was just part of his comedic persona. He even shared that he has to write down all his passwords because he can't remember them.
