This is the reason why Kai EXO prioritizes OOTD style in his solo album appearance

Kapanlagi.com - Kai has just released his highly anticipated first mini album titled KAI on Monday (30/11) afternoon. With the title track Mmmh, this solo debut album of EXO member also presents other cool songs, such as Nothing On Me, Amnesia, Reason, Ride Or Die, and Hello Stranger.

In addition to catchy songs and amazing choreography, Kai also grabs attention with his OOTD style showcased in his debut album. As known, Kai shows various different concepts even since the release of his teasers.

1. Show Different Side

It turns out, this idol born in 1994 does prioritize style to support his appearance in the album titled with his name. He is even directly involved in preparing the outfit he will wear.

"I discuss with all the stylist team about everything in the film, even when shooting for the MV, we mostly shoot with a green screen. We prepare various clothing models, and others. And Mmmh can also be used for various reactions, that's why I want to show all those different sides through a wider style and concept," Kai said in a press conference hosted by Baekhyun as the MC.

2. Express Yourself

Kai's first album is like his own fashion show with various cool outfits he wears. Furthermore, MC Baekhyun questioned, "What is the most important thing for you regarding appearance/style in music?"

Not only cool, the outfits worn by Kai also have another purpose. Through the outfits he wears, Kai hopes to show more sides of himself to the fans.

"In my opinion, I use style as a tool to show my appearance. So the first thing I think about is how to show and make the audience understand well about the concept I want to express. For example, when I wear clothes from white to red for the song Nothing On Me in the film," he explained.
