As reported by Korean media OSEN, on September 23-24, 2023, IU held the 2023 IU Fan Concert I+UN1VER5E at KSPO DOME in Songpa-gu, Seoul and met with fans. This concert is an offline event held four years since her last fan meeting in 2019. In commemoration of IU's 11th debut fan meeting, all tickets have been sold out. The ticket sales system used only through the official UAENA fan club.
There was a commotion about illegal ticket transactions leading up to the concert. Therefore, IU took action like a 'Secret Royal Inspector' by requesting an explanation for the alleged illegal transactions through reporting and monitoring. IU's team announced that if an explanation alone is not sufficient, they plan to verify the ticket buyers' identities.
Afterwards, IU's team took action against a total of 12 confirmed fake ticket reservations and suspended those accounts from the UAENA fan club for 1 year. The reporters were given a 'reward' in the form of IU concert tickets.

Fans who received canceled tickets felt touched and disbelieving, because by helping in a small way, they were able to assist various parties. One fan who received a ticket said, "It feels like a dream. I cried uncontrollably until I lost my sanity at the moment, but this is really happening," he said while showing the ticket he received from IU.
The 'Secret Royal Inspector' system is the beginning of eradicating illegal transactions.
