Kapanlagi.com - Recently, Aldi Taher was announced as one of the performers at the 'Saranghaeyo Indonesia (SHI) 2023' K-Pop music festival, which will be held at Beach City International Stadium, Ancol, North Jakarta on December 9, 2023.
Being part of the lineup in an event promoted by Mecimapro and sharing the stage with K-Pop idols like Young K (DAY6) and Boy Story, Aldi Taher admits that he did not expect it.
"Alhamdulillah, I can only be grateful that we still have this opportunity and we support and pray for each other. I also didn't expect it," said Aldi Taher in the Tendean area, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (9/20).

However, the appearance of Aldi Taher in this event received criticism from some K-Pop fans. Regarding this matter, Aldi Taher responded to it calmly.
"I myself don't agree with myself (performing in Saranghaeyo Indonesia). When it comes to fortune, it is Allah who arranges it. If I am invited to sing, Alhamdulillah, if not, it's okay. But please don't cancel," he pleaded.
"Fortune is already arranged by Allah and it won't be exchanged. Now we, young musicians, unite, support each other, love each other, and read the Quran," Aldi Taher continued.
Regarding the preparation to perform in this event, Aldi Taher also admitted that he was still confused. He could only pray and ask his mother to pray for him to be given smoothness. Because until now, he still feels like it's a dream to be on the same stage as K-Pop idols.
"The preparation is Bismillah (in the name of Allah), asking for my mother's prayers, kissing my mother's feet, that's it. The rest is Bismillah, Allah arranges everything because all we prepare is only effort, everything is the will and power of Allah," said Aldi Taher.
"I'm also confused about how many songs I will sing, maybe just a few songs. Just wait for the performance later and I'm still confused, it really feels like a dream. Oh Allah, Alhamdulillah, thank you oppas and K-Pop fans, I am a K-Pop fan too," he concluded.
