After 'Aisyah the Wife of the Prophet' Went Viral, Now Comes the Song 'Sayyidatina Khadijah'

After the success of Aisyah the Wife of the Prophet, now comes a new song that tells the story of Siti Khadijah, titled Sayyidatina Khadijah. The song Sayyidatina Khadijah is sung by three beautiful women, namely Puput Melati, Happy Yofitantri, and Regina Irawan, who are the wives of singer Charly Van Houten.

Created by Muhammad Daud, the producer of MSI Records, the song Sayyidatina Khadijah is inspired by the story of the Prophet's wife, which contains many exemplary values. The song Sayyidatina Khadijah has been released on the MSI Record YouTube channel since April 21, 2020.

"The phenomenon of the song Siti Aisyah has provided quite extraordinary inspiration. Charly Van Houten is directly involved in working on this song. Therefore, he knows very well that the song Sayyidatina Khadijah is more suitable to be sung by women.

"Coincidentally, the song is indeed more appropriate to be performed by women. Certainly, a wife, a mother, because it has the spirit of the world's mother, Siti Khadijah. So that it gives spirit to mothers in the world," said Charly.

"Coincidentally, for my own recording, I directed Regina, her vocals should be like this, like that, and also Puput. Because I really want to create something beautiful," continued Charly.

2. Recording Process

Charly said that working on the song Sayyidatina Khadijah during the COVID-19 pandemic is very difficult because the movement is truly limited. Although it is considered difficult, the recording process of the song Sayyidatina Khadijah went smoothly.

"In the recording process in the current condition, there are indeed restrictions and that is one of the things that slightly complicates the process. The studio also needs to be sterile. I also invited Puput Melati as a featuring artist. Puput's vocal recording, whether it was in Jakarta or how it was, conditioned it to be a bit difficult. But Alhamdulillah, everything went smoothly," said Charly.
