After Being on Hiatus for Years, Ressa Herlambang Finally Decides to Make a Comeback to the Music Industry

Kapanlagi.com - It's been 11 long years since singer Ressa Herlambang took a hiatus from the entertainment industry. And now, she has finally decided to make a comeback under the label Jiwa Anak Seni (JAS) Entertainment.

Ressa is making her comeback by introducing a new single titled Selamanya Kamu which was created by Koko Irwansyah. Currently, the preparation process for Ressa's single is in its final stages.

"Today, I'm having a photoshoot for the cover of my new single Selamanya Kamu. This is an 18-year journey of my career. 7 years of being active and 11 years of hiatus, I have decided to come back. My plan is to release the song on May 1, 2022," said Ressa Herlambang when met during the photoshoot in Jakarta.

Ressa admitted that she missed the world of singing that had made her famous. In addition, she was often 'harassed' by her fans to make a comeback. And Ressa finally answered their hopes.

"That's why in this 18th year I'm back because I can't let go of the music industry. Because it's already in my blood. In addition, many fans also ask when Ressa will sing a song," she explained again.

Returning to singing after a long hiatus apparently made Ressa a little nervous and anxious. She felt that the music world had undergone many changes since she left. Nevertheless, Ressa was even more challenged to give her best.

"Yes, definitely nervous, like the first time I started my career, but the process is also extraordinary, starting to feel sad. Can I jump back into the music world? Because music has changed now, that's why I'm learning again," continued Ressa.

"That's why I also feel challenged by my return, where the times have changed since then. I will also be ready to compete with other talented young singers who can sing and dance," she concluded.
