ASIA87 Band Returns with Latest Single 'Allow Me to Say Good Morning'

This time, the band, led by Mirza (piano), Tanti (vocals), Rini (vocals), Boy (vocals), Arie (vocals), Ivan (guitar/backing vocals), Stanley (drums), Budi (keyboard), and Q-will (bass), is introducing a new single titled Allow Me to Say Good Morning.

The latest single from ASIA87 Band was officially released on Friday (18/6). Allow Me to Say Good Morning is the fourth single from ASIA87 Band's debut album, which is planned to be released soon.

This time, ASIA87 Band tells a story about the 'morning' which is likened to a new page ready to be lived. No matter how heavy our problems are, there is always a new hope with every sunrise in the morning.

"Morning is a special time where so many hopes are made. Saying good morning can also describe that every day is a new opportunity for us to start something without being burdened by past problems," said Mirza, the songwriter.

1. Collaboration with 2 Indonesian Musicians

In the process of recording the song Izinkanlah Kuucapkan Selamat Pagi (Allow Me to Say Good Morning), ASIA87 Band collaborated with 2 Indonesian musicians, Hendri Lamiri (violin) and Moh Rifky (acoustic guitar). Their musical touch adds an elegant color to the sweet acoustic composition of the song.

“The acoustic guitar strumming and violin strokes are indeed the soul of this song. We feel fortunate to work with both of them,” added Arie.
