Because of Remembering Ex, Sofya Nenga is Inspired to Create the Song Is This Love

Based on her personal experience, Sofya was inspired to create a work in the form of a song titled Is This Love. This song apparently tells the story of her past love life.

1. Inspiration from Ex

When met in South Jakarta area, recently Sofya admitted suddenly reminiscing various beautiful moments with her ex-lover in the past. Because of those sweet memories, this woman who also works as a flight attendant became confused when reminded of love feelings for her ex.

She became even more confused because they truly loved each other but couldn't be together due to certain reasons, causing their relationship to end.

"Yes (will release a new song) titled Is This Love. Inspiration from ex, based on personal experience," said Sofya Nenga.

"This song tells about love, so it's a bit melancholic when told. When remembered, I feel confused because we love each other but can't be together. So, this song became a melancholic song," she continued.

2. Single for 3 Years

Sofya Nenga said that she wrote the lyrics of the song Apakah Ini Cinta herself while reminiscing about the beautiful moments with her ex-lover. Unfortunately, she is unwilling to reveal how her romantic relationship with her ex ended.

Furthermore, Sofya admitted that at that time she did not know whether her ex truly loved her or not. Because of this, Sofya now admits that she always hesitates in choosing a life partner, which is why she has been single for three years and still has not found the right person for her.

"I wrote the lyrics myself, based on my personal experience. Oh, it's sad to remember and even sadder to tell. I don't know whether he loved me or not," she said.

"Because of that memory, I now hesitate in choosing a partner, that's why I've been single for so long. I always open my heart, but I just haven't found the right one," she added.

3. Release After Eid

In addition, when asked further, Sofya said that the song Apakah Ini Cinta is still in the process of production. However, she ensures that this song will be released soon after the Idulfitri holiday.

"Basically, this song is still in the process, I don't want to do it half-heartedly but God willing, it will be released after Eid, just pray for it," she said.
