Celebrating 25 Years in November 2024, Mocca is Ready to 'Return Home' for a Concert and Launch a New Single

Kapanlagi.com - In November 2024, one of Indonesia's living legends, Mocca, will turn 25 years old. To mark this occasion, the band led by Riko Prayitno (guitar), Arina Ephipania (vocals), Achmad Pratama (bass), and Indra Massad (drums) will hold a celebration in the form of a concert.

The concert is planned to be held in Mocca's hometown, Bandung. For them, Bandung will always be home.

"Bandung will always be our home. That's why for Mocca's anniversary in November, we will celebrate 25 years in Bandung," said Arina when met in the Lembang area, Bandung, West Java recently.

1. Going Home

Not only going home and holding a concert, Mocca will also release a new single to mark their 25 years in the national music scene. "25 years of Mocca, we will be going back to Bandung, and soon we will also be releasing a release as a sign of that," said Achmad on the same occasion.

In addition, over 25 years of creating, there have certainly been many stories experienced by the members of Mocca. The ups and downs of creating, including a hiatus in 2011 and a comeback in 2015, have been experienced by Mocca.

"Up and down seems like it’s always there and definitely exists, in a band," said Indra.

"Which band has never had problems? But for us, who feel like family, it seems that everything can be resolved like that," he continued.

2. New Challenges

As time progresses, Mocca is also faced with various new challenges. However, with the right strategies and calculations, Mocca is confident that it will always have a place in the hearts of music lovers in the homeland.

"The main point is that we hope Mocca always stays aware of what is currently popular, so we try to get involved as well, but still being true to Mocca," concluded Indra.
