Cigarettes After Sex Announces New Album & World Tour, Including Jakarta!

Cigarettes After Sex announced on their official Instagram page that they will be releasing a new album and going on a world tour. The album titled X's will be the band's third album following their previous albums Cigarettes After Sex released in 2017 and Cry in 2019. This album is reportedly set to be released on July 12, 2024.

In addition to the new album, Cigarettes After Sex also announced that they will be embarking on a world tour. The tour titled Cigarettes After Sex X's World Tour will start in Montreal, Canada on August 31, 2024 and end in Auckland, New Zealand on March 19, 2025. This tour will also make a stop in Indonesia, Klovers! Cigarettes After Sex will be holding a concert at Beach City International, Jakarta on January 17, 2025.

This is not the first time Cigarettes After Sex has visited Indonesia. Previously, this Texas-based band held a concert in 2023 at Ecovention Hall Ancol. With the news of this tour, it will surely satisfy the longing of fans for the band Cigarettes After Sex.

Cigarettes After Sex also released the first single from their new album titled "Tejano Blue", which is a tribute to the music of Greg's childhood growing up in Texas.

2. Cigarettes After Sex Tour

This tour will cover all parts of the world. Starting from the Americas, including Montreal, Toronto, Philadelphia, Boston, New York, Columbia, Raleigh, Orlando, Atlanta, San Antonio, Houston, Austin, Fort Worth, Chicago, Saint Paul, Vancouver, Seattle, Portland, Greenwood Village, Salt Lake City, Oakland, San Diego, Phoenix, Los Angeles, and ending in Mexico City.

Next, it will continue to Europe, starting from Athens, Amsterdam, Brussels, Milan, Vienna, Warsaw, Berlin, Basel, Cologne, London, Paris, Lyon, Madrid, and Lisbon. It will then proceed to Asia, including Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Jakarta, and Bangkok. Cigarettes After Sex will also visit Cape Town, Pretoria, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and end in Auckland.
