Connx Off The Weekend (OTW) Festival 2024: Keisya Levronka Takes Over Vierratale's Stage - Nadin Amizah Gossips with the Audience

The Connx Off The Weekend (OTW) Festival 2024, organized by CONNX, took place on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at Rampal Field, Malang. The inaugural Connx Off The Weekend (OTW) Festival stage was divided into three stages, namely the Weekend Stage, Park Stage, and Street Stage.

The Weekend Stage, or the main stage, was filled with main guest stars from the beginning to the end of the event, such as Atlesta, Vierratale, Nadin Amizah, Shaggydog, Salma Salsabil, Ndarboygenk, and closed by Glenn Fredly. The other two stages also featured their main guest stars. Happy Asmara, Sezairi, and Al-Ghazali performed at the Park Stage. Meanwhile, the Filipino band Mrld enlivened the atmosphere at the Street Stage in the evening.

The open gate started at 13:45 WIB and began with Saharsa Band's performance at 13:55 at the Park Stage and Atlesta at 14:05 at the Weekend Stage. Many spectators arrived right at the open gate and chose to visit the food booths along the road to the stage. The audience's enthusiasm around the stage started to show when Vierratale's performance began.

1. Additional Guest Star Appears During Vierratale's Performance

Want to reminisce with songs performed by Vierratale, the audience began to fill the main stage area when the band started their performance. Widy, the vocalist of Vierratale, appeared in a modern white kebaya and black shorts with flower motifs, guiding the audience to sing along together.

During Vierratale's performance, it turns out there was an additional guest star who appeared in the middle of their performance. Widy shouted the name "Keisya" to join in singing on stage. The audience cheered and became excited when Keisya ran onto the stage. It turns out that Keisya Levronka, a singer from Indonesian Idol 2019, was the one being referred to.

Keisya's presence, singing along with Widy, added enthusiasm among the audience. They sang together until the end of Vierratale's performance.

2. Nadin Amizah Invites the Audience to Curse

After Vierratale's performance, Nadin Amizah also enlivened the main stage atmosphere along with the beautiful sunset view. With her unique appearance, Nadin playfully and guided the audience to sing along to the song 'Rayuan Perempuan Gila'.

Usually, Nadin invites the audience to shout the word 'bajingan', but this time she invited the audience to shout a typical offensive word from East Java, 'jancuk'. The audience was excited and welcomed Nadin's invitation enthusiastically. Nadin blended the sunset atmosphere in Malang City with her performance.

3. Park Stage Packed with Audience Before Happy Asmara Performs

A few moments before Happy Asmara performed on the Park Stage, the atmosphere on the stage was already very crowded. It seems that many audience members were eagerly waiting for the performance by Om Sera featuring Happy Asmara.

Never disappointing, Happy Asmara's performance with her famous songs made the audience sing and cheer along. Not to forget Happy Asmara's dance moves that made the audience excited.

4. Mrld Greets the Audience in Indonesian and Invites to Shake Hands

Mrld, a singer from the Philippines, also enlivened the Connx Off The Weekend (OTW) Festival 2024. He performed on the Street Stage from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

The songs performed by Mrld made the early evening more melancholic. He also interacted with the audience several times using the Indonesian language. With a stage setup that allowed Mrld to come down, he shook hands with the audience in the front row.

The audience cheered enthusiastically as they received Mrld's handshake. Not only that, Mrld also ran to the back row of the audience to take photos together.

5. Sing Along to the Song It's You - Sezairi

Singaporean singer, Sezairi, greeted the audience using a mix of Indonesian and Malay languages. Similar to other performers who appeared at the Connx Off The Weekend (OTW) Festival 2024, Sezairi also interacted with the audience by touching on their status as audience members. "Who came here with their partner?" he asked after greeting the audience.

The highlight of Sezairi's performance was the enthusiasm of the audience when he sang the song It's You. Many audience members knew the song by heart and sang along together.

6. Weekend Stage Crowded Towards the End of the Event

Like concerts in general, the number of spectators certainly increases towards the night. After Sezairi's performance at the Park Stage, the audience rushed to the Weekend Stage to watch Salma Salsabil. From the beginning of her performance, many spectators were already singing along with Salma.

Salma's performance was followed by NDARBOY GENK, which made the main stage even more crowded. Connx Off The Weekend (OTW) Festival 2024 was closed with performances by Glenn Fredly Live by The Bakuucakar feat Teddy Adhitya and Sal Priadi.
