D'Masiv Rocks 'Synchronize Fest 2025', Rian Emphasizes Commitment to Music and Not Politics

The band D'Masiv successfully captivated tens of thousands of spectators on the first day of Synchronize Fest 2025, Friday (3/10/2025). The vocalist, Rian Ekky Pradipta, in the midst of his band's energetic performance, assured that he will not pivot to the world of politics despite having a career in the music industry for over two decades. Appearing in front of a sea of people, Rian and his friends presented a series of hit songs that evoke nostalgia.

"Good evening, we are D'Masiv band from Ciledug," greeted Rian after performing the song Side by Side, which was met with loud cheers from the audience. The melodies of the songs Natural and Semakin then successfully made the entire audience sing along.

In between his performances, Rian expressed his gratitude for the long journey of D'Masiv, which has now reached 22 years. The band, formed on March 3, 2003, just celebrated its anniversary on March 3, 2025.

"Assalamualaikum, finally D'Masiv is performing again after being absent last year, we have been around for 20 years, thank God I am not thinking of running for office," said Rian, which was met with cheers from the audience.

The charismatic vocalist also shared stories about his band's experience that just completed the recording process in Los Angeles, USA, a milestone that marks their musical journey.

The audience's energy soared as D'Masiv performed their hit songs like Happy Since the First, What’s My Fault, This Love Kills Me, and Silent Without Words. The last three songs successfully created a mass choir and hysteria throughout the stage area.

"Who here still listens to this song when heartbroken, even though this song has been out for 16 years, let it all out," shouted Rian before sweetly closing their performance, referring to one of D'Masiv's most iconic songs.
